A bank committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities… in India.
As a branch banker this is so disappointing. The offshore department is absolutely zero help when it comes to servicing our loans. Not to mention the customer service that is horrible and has zero clue what is going on and hanging up on clients because they are unable to help them, so they show up at the branch for service issues that should be handled over the phone. I submit at least 2-3 complaints daily due to off shore. I had an offshore agent get mad at a client because she wanted to raise her POS limit for a one time purchase and the agent told the client NO which triggered the client because it’s her money and the banks were closed over the long holiday weekend so the agent blocked her debit card because she yelled at him. Unbelievable!
Half my department was let go, sad part is India off shore is still employed. So much for keeping USA employees.
Bye Bye Birdies.
Off shoring to Pakistan
