You would think the stores were on individual commission with all these download calls going over metrics etc. BTW those stores at the top celebrating wins are doing so by slamming. Integrity doesn’t matter.

Yup pointless metrics, why are leaders acting like this is a sales job when no one is incentivised to sell?

No one cares about integrity anymore. Hans and his Board of Directors hasn't given one wage increase and inflation is destroying all of the workers. He only increased the starting wage for new hires in Customer Service and said FU to everyone who worked years to get to that pay through less than inflation raises. They destroyed commission in the retail stores and got rid of a ton of stores. They outsourced Customer Service to people who mess everything up. IT for our systems is outsourced to India and they can stop crashing.
Hans and the Board of Directors have no idea what they are doing. I'd post more, but I need to get to my second job which I may just turn into my primary one at this point.
