It is so sad to see so many talented people let go today and the way they have handled it in touch base meeting with HR, HR and Senior leader (VP/SVP) discuss the severance package and you access remove immediately after the meeting. In most of the cases not providing opportunity to give best wishes to affected people...It is so sad.
It seems like it will continue into next week.. so today and tomorrow is not the end of it..
They were letting people stay til the end of the pay period. Heard there was a “threat” and now they walk everyone out as soon as they are notified.
I am the manager and I was not even informed the people who was let go.. it is cruel the way they are handling .. god bless fiserv
The HR VP didn’t even have the respect or courtesy to attend my call with my manager. Still don’t have any details on my severance …typical all the way up to the end
