Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Constant layoffs are an indicator of a failed CEO

These massive RIFs are indicative of a reactionary CEO that can't manage expenses or forecast them. It should be a point of embarrassment vs badge of honor for "managing expense pressures." While continuing to tank productivity, quality and morale and revenue most likely. It is incomprehensible as to how this joker has any credibility on Wall Street.

I read this in one of the older threads and had to repost it. @1mhv+1iVThGr0 hit the nail on the head.

He’s a complete loser. The mumbling joke of a leader. Great leaders have a vision and inspire people to build that dream. Frank mumbles his way through meetings then fires people to make up for his lack of leadership. Wow what a man! Lmfao.

You are completely correct and most of us can see this. I assume the rest of the C Suite and the Board of Directors can too - so what is the end game? At this point no one should ever want to work for or with Fiserv. People still do make a difference unfortunately the current Fiserv Exec team does not value employees.

Failed, incompetent, useless, and worthless are some of the adjectives I'd use for Frank.
