I know of 2 Success Partners with DNA who were let go on Thursday plus many others. Today will really tell the tale. FB is doing a great job of ruining Fiserv.
DNA Service Partners are being affected regardless of large or small bank. Some today with more tomorrow.
I heard that DNA got decimated.

Yes, some DNA service/success partners are being laid off today/tomorrow. Those who support large CUs, banks, etc. will keep their jobs.
FB does not want to hear from customers especially complaining about service issues. In DNA we once took pride in service not since FD 2.0 it's just excuses now. Sad they are letting go the people delivering the message. Come to think about it it's a cr---y job anyway.
I agree DNA has been targeted my view because of the high number of north American work from home associates well FB declared war on that he has just about driven all of us out.
Highly likely. All in the type of role in all cores, cards, IP, FOS, etc are being cut in half.
I have not heard that but I would not be surprised. I feel like DNA is being targeted.
