SE region eliminated admin time like 4 years ago. They want you to do it all from the car. Hill market anyway.

Well my friend…I do believe you are right. Just think how much more we could achieve if management was in the field. If they are ever on GPS the company would have to fire the majority of the bunch because they would realize there’s no such thing as a honest days work with these individuals…I never see my DM and my merchandisers tell me they never see the RMS. Sad…been this way for a long time…terrible leadership.
I would never log in till I was at my first store because it’s not of their damn business where your at before then. 2 hours of admin. Doesn’t quite cut it because we are always doing something after we clock out…even on the weekends we’re doing something work related because the RMS’s won’t pick up the phone to handle the merchandisers if their is an issue. Rms’s - now that’s a lazy bunch. They spend 5 days a week scheduling all day? And their NEVER in the field training. Give me a break. I suspect most management doesn’t start till 10am and are done by 2pm…I think management needs to be on GPS. Aren’t they our support…? Ha
Your allowed up to two hrs of admin time. Now. They want u to write notes in car before you leave to go to next store. They forget about weekend. Writing to merch. Etc
Well, I haven't heard that, but if that's the case, I won't do ANYTHING work related until I get to my first store. This will include logging in, doing my first sync, etc. I'll do it all from the parking lot, and it will take the place of cases being thrown. They don't care, I don't care. This company is reaping what it sows...
And they wonder why thy can't keep people! Hahahahaha
