For everything bad that happens in the company, the leadership always finds an excuse. Have you noticed how they never accept responsibility that the failure was largely due to their bad planning or bad investments? If you ask me, that's one of the biggest reasons why this place continues to sink.

Hans pushed all his chips to the middle of table betting on 5G. Is the bet going to pay off long term? Should he have kept some of those chips to build out more fiber?
The next few years are going to be bumpy.
You are right, unfortunately that will never happen. Instead they shuffle people around, rearrange groups, and lay-off people. While they sit back and tell everybody this new magical formula will streamline how we do business, find new synergies or be more agile. Meanwhile back at the farm, customers are leaving, the change out from Nokia to Samsung RAN (in certain markets) is wrecking the network…in certain markets equipment upgrades are being done during the day…more headache for customers. Bad decisions by execs that don’t have any business being where they are. How many billions of dollars have been written off because of bad decisions????? All the while they think it’s still 2012 when customers paid top $$$ for our network. Execs waited too long to go with unlimited data and they are waiting too long to come down on prices…..just the opposite they raise the fees. But hey it’s all good they’re still able to make millions!
