The Majority is Fiserv's RTO policy.

Don't spread disinformation.

Has anyone actually rec'd something regarding the RTO policy IN WRITING? Either in a Teams msg or an Email?

I have not but there are people who work under MY boss, that live less than a MILE from the Bkfld office who do not come into the office even ONE day a week yet the ONLY other person that supports the same product as I do are being required to be in 3x a week.

FB & company would do me a FAVOR by riffing me!!

Basically FB is old, refuses to get with the times. I mean who in their right mind forces people who have always been WFH to move across the country just to go into an office? Spent so much money building said offices just to lay off folks to pay for it instead of investing in the employees.

No, its not just RTO. They're RIFing people who are in the offices already. Get your facts straight.

Majority = you only have to come in 5 out of 7 days a week

FB doesn't understand remote or hybrid... Publicly we may tout the "majority" policy, but the whisper campaigns will be saying true leaders should show up every day, etc. And badge reports will factor in to YE ratings, raises etc. FB doesn't care for deviation from directive. Kiss the ring. As senior levels come into compliance the message will continue down to next levels...if you want to be promotable etc. It's not a corporation, it's high school. Sapience will just sp-t out your annual review!

I am a Sr Director and can assure you it's up to division leader right now, but soon all leaders will be 5 days and eventually IC. Not misinformation, it has already started happening with VPs and above.

Like it matters, most of the BH associates I talk to are already seeking employment elsewhere for remote work. They dont want to spend an hour driving 15 miles. That site was dead before it opened. There's a reason the state is paying people and it's not because everyone from BH wants to commute.

Majority is not an actual number. It’s purposely vague.
