So I am not sure if Wells Fargo would want this public, but here it goes.
HR and hiring are two separate mechanisms at Wells Fargo.
90% of the jobs are using recruiting folks through KForce.
These people have no idea of WF culture or what it once was.
When you apply for a gig internal and are interviewed by a KForce recruiter you can measure their ineptitude by how badly they communicate in the interview.
They don't understand the software, organization or anything.
Wells Fargo really isn't a place to stay long term, or short term - it may be a place to make ends meet and survive in this horrible economy; but the anxiety of layoffs, reorgs, gaslighting about your role; and emptiness of the role will eat at you.

I thought Kforce was a shoe brand…
OP you have no idea what you are talking about. People, if you do not have your facts straight do not comment. Kforce is a preferred vendor of Wells Fargo. The people are just as lousy as FTEs. Nothing special about using kforce. They went this route to stop the bleeding. There are open roles going back to start of year and the excuse is no qualified internal candidates. Problem is not kforce it’s the banks leadership.
Hey! I am WFH. I’m part of the most lethargic team I’ve ever been on. Not to mention, with the most lethargic supervisor. For me, I’m amazed at how quickly two weeks can go by and finding that additional sweet, easy money in my checking account. Agreed, WF is a shell of what it once was. Still haven’t figured out what WF is at the moment. Regardless, I’m gonna keep playing this easy game and having a good time. Just a bit of advice, if you’re interested to just make an easy buck, find a lethargic supervisor like mine. A complete stooge.
P.s. I’ll probably even get a whopper ($$$) of a bonus come February. Lol
