JHA won’t be a buyer of Fiserv cores. Foss is too smart to take on damaged goods, even at rock bottom pricing. Will more than likely be a PE player that’s in bed with KKR. KKR holds ~25% of the outstanding stock and needs to cash in their position in the next 3-6 months.
When we say management, we aren’t talking about our immediate managers
I am also a manager and have been stressed all week. I have not been told a thing about layoffs which makes it more concerning. I do not want to be told I have to let go of any of the amazing employees that report to me. In fact I would rather it be me than them. Allot of us managers do care and have worked with the same teams for 20 years. They are like family to us.
More legacy FRMS , legacy cash & logistics, sales, client success partners, relationship managers, and an entire product group will be gone today.
Frank needs the cash to pay debt and invest in payments, potential suitor for the banking division is Jack Henry.
FIS deal is impossible as they just surpassed Fiserv, further Les Muma will not want this cr-p anymore. Too much damage was done in the past 3 years.
Sr. Director
I’m a manager and can’t sleep either. So stop saying we don’t care!
2 weeks of sleepless nights. But management don’t care.
I'm so nervous I can't sleep.
