This is a complete mess. I don't remember the atmosphere ever being this tense.

The worse by far, but they have been practicing. About 3 months ago the sales consulting group made some changes. They went from the idea to Execution in 2 days! The results reflected the lack of planning.

Older layoffs were designed to deal with smaller problems, but this is out of control. The problems are immense and Oracle is in reactionary mode.
