And I think it will get even lower. How is it possible that morale is not an issue that the leadership of a company cares to address?

This website is on Mondelēz Twitter account so they are definitely reading what's being said And doing nothing about it not even trying to hide or cover up. I'm definitely with the Strike and back it 100percent I got my walking papers already so I dgaf anymore especially after all I've done for this comp past 10 years

They don't address morale because they don't care about us.
They are used to it! It’s been since Kraft owned nabisco since morale was good! First thing mondelez management did when they took over was to take away PTO….duh! Corporate greed by fat pigs!
