It’s all the rage today. Guess the online system joined the movement??
Probably there was a code/maintenance freeze due to the Thanksgiving holiday. When the freeze was over, they made a million changes all at once, something broke, and they had to wade through a million Change Requests and spreadsheets to find the cause. Just a wild guess. It's not like I used to work there and know exactly what I'm talking about or anything.
