With 3 all hands call already set on my calendar. Some urgency, I guess. Certainly not to tell us details around those they have shot, but you can bet that there will be another reorg, and a realignment of customer tiers. I’ll bet that if customers are not growing, or not paying big bucks, they will be dropped. So much for our new customer focus!

Reorg was more extensive than I first thought, but nothing of great significance. We still have way too many layers of management without control. We have way to many recent hires from outside Oracle, bringing along their friends in an effort to board the gravy train - even though they have no idea!

Yea, small reorganization (so far) but SMB accounts, covered from India. So much for customer first!
Yes, but the difference is that this reorg will fix everything, unlike all the previous lame efforts.
Firing VPs would be the best reorg. for Wall Street before the SEC & DOJ gets involved. Patent filer invites them.
Every six months, another reorg. Wouldn’t want to allow for a true year over year comparison!
