I sort of understand those who doubt that the company will recover after it sank so quickly.
Are there any optimists who think that there is still some strategy that would effectively help this place to recover?

@gnvv+1jVXCr1J Hiring US based reps won’t ever be a main strategy. Our cost of living is too high and the allure of paying pennies to someone in India for IT and someone in Mexico for CS is too much. Sure there will always be a handful of US based reps but don’t hold your breath. Especially for CS, the type of person willing to work for a telco cs is basically the same no matter where you are. Why pay $18+ per hour if you can get the same quality of work for $5 per hour.
If they get rid of Hans and hire a ton more US based reps sure. But it would also have to include a long game of immediate spending to fix the network and Verizon would also need to lower prices to match tmo. Maybe chosing a known fraud for ceo was a bad plan.
Get rid of Manon. That's the key.
Even if we got rid of those upper level clowns it will take a lot of years to recover and be at the same level as before 2018. . This company is running backwards instead of forward sad
Good news They listened! We are on VZ 2.3 for 2023.
Yup Hans & team needs to go & so does his BS 2.0 strategy which didn’t do no good for nobody but him and his team who are ready to jump with their golden parachutes will get millions.
Clean house in upper management starting at Sr Director levels.
No recovery is possible without a thorough house cleaning from the VP level up.
Management by fever dream isn’t a winning strategy. The leaders are so out of touch.
Never seen a company tank like this so hard and fast. It’s a wrap for VZ. They can’t magically make their service better. They need to control the controllables. Lower the f***ing price for one. They can’t justify raking people over the coals with premium prices when the network and coverage is absolutely garbage.
Yes, get rid of Hans. It is the only way things improve. 2018 is when everything starting going downhill and it has just been in free fall ever since.
