Molina did a layoff on March 24th. Approximately 28 people were let go. It took place in VA, KY, FL, and WI. They took the field teams/managers/ and support staff

FYI a Supervisor from the Western Suburbs outside of Chicago got FIRED from a Team Lead role prior to joining Molina as an individual contributor.

She was only in the role a few short months.

BULLIED the top performers that the CEO and COO brought in at the other company that this now Molina leader rather conveniently left OFF her LinkedIn. Watch out who you bully when you walk in the door and don't yet know the workplace politics, eh? Upper upper management was none too pleased and promptly fired this person.

Read this book and tell ALL your coworkers to be on alert for bullying. It may happen again now that she's managed to move up at Molina. Beware if you are a top performer. Bullies dislike competition.

Go to HR en masse and ask for an immediate transfer. Don't put up with bullying! They'll figure it out after a pattern of transfer requests or outright quits.

inevitable as there are multiple states up for contract renewals with Medicare and Medicaid. In some of these states, the work is so poorly managed that I'll surprised if we actually win contracts or renew in these states. This company bleeds money in some areas but tightens the purse strings in other, like IT, which we need to do our jobs.
