How long can you trade or release players without firing the coaches or the general manager.
We all know that you can’t fire the owner, but people can stop coming to the games. Stop ticket subscriptions!

Management is the problem.
Upper mgmt needs to wake-up and see the problems if not, the govt will show them.
Face it, this team is tier 3, trying to move up, but management gets in the way!
The owners need to fire the coaches ASAP! When a coach hates his players, abuses and steals from them, the owners have responsibility. The responsibility is to fire coaches before owners get brought before a committee to explain why they let the coaches do what they do.
The positivity of this post screams plant. We see you, HR, and we are not fooled.
