They are cheap easy to train and listen. They don’t ask questions or think outside the box. JD says jump and Manila/Mumbai want to know how high
I am not sure either. I always have a hard time understanding them over the phone since their accent is so heavy. Maybe your manager think hiring them so you can talk to them in person helps you understand them a little better, and making it easier when they replace you too
They are cheap. And be prepared, your position will probably be offshore too thanks to these cheap labor
