This was probably said on a Friday night, at the bar, after a dozen drinks!
Jac had a great icy-cold stare. Magnificent! The last I heard, he was running a hardcore training academy for seeing eye dogs called "Lead or Leave".
Jac Nasser makes JF look like Mother Teresa. Jac was terrible for Ford and awful to anybody who had to work with him.
Why would anyone be enthusiastic about making transportation less accessible?
@1jwf Are you being serious or just trolling? Jac's reign could be compared to Ghengis Khan with less looting and pillaging. He rode through the company and te--orized the population with his forced ranking system. His fresh ideas were straight out of the Jack Welch playbook..... you know, the guy who destroyed G.E.
There was an enthusiastic radical change agent, named Jac Nasser. He had fresh ideas about the direction of Ford, but his ideas were not embraced so he went on to do great things elsewhere.

No one will deny there will be a time when we transform from ICE to some other type of propulsion. But the infrastructure and the needs of the customer will have to be addressed.
But to totally drop ICE and not address the quality issues is a road to disaster. Get rid of TVM I am pretty sure the bulk of issues stem from TVM. BTW that is a management driven task not the gsr. ranks. Company has really lost its focus and purpose due to the current management. DF I am sorry if you read his resume, he does not stay in one place very long. BF & JF are not what you call leaders. lack KARMA and are boring to listen too. No clear vison or plan despite what the comic says. He is hard to believe. lost the confidence of the troops. A classic example of a "YES MAN". His body language tells the story. He does not even believe the BS out of his mouth. No passion whatsoever. We used to play to win at this company. Now we just get by.

All this enthusiasm and the thinkers of big thoughts are the flipping problem! Those big thinkers need to be put in a locked broom closet because all they do is spew unicorn and butterfly ideas and never get anything accomplished. This is an outcome of not being able to tell someone "charging customers a subscription fee to use their own remote start is a real d-mb-a$$ idea" because it hurts people's feelings. There are no checks and balances for the id--ts.

Whomever the OP that started this thread obviously does not work for Doug Field in Model e. The majority of the team in Model e and especially the newest team members are the most enthusiastic group I have ever worked in. We know our goal is the digital transformation of Ford as a company and we are focused on this strategic goal.
That is pretty funny.
Current group of ICE deniers, software subscription sellers and data gatherers will be gone very soon when the recalls and lack of new ICE/Hybrid products ki--s our earnings.

Ford is at the point where they have taken away from US employees so much and the US work environment is so toxic - that employees have said fine we aren’t working anymore. We will continue to collect a paycheck until the inevitable Mex/Ind replacement. And oh by the way our children and our friends, acquaintances, relatives children/grandchildren won’t be working for Ford either. Good luck finding future US employees and customers
LOLOLOL, that's the problem, Ford keeps hiring ' enthusiastic ' people that talk but accomplish nothing. Trying sitting through a D(umb)Ford design thinking session! I fell out of seat when one of their id--ts proudly state, " We don't solution ...." Well, we need people that can solution! If more ' separations ' are coming, they can't come soon enough and please put D(umb)Ford and Next on the top of the cut list.
