I wouldn't hold Oracle to not holding layoffs 12/15 or 12/30.
Yes, you could get laid off during Holiday Break. I would believe it.
There are certain advantages from a tax and a reporting perspective to take all your medicine right away. That sad, January will have its own possibilities.
Layoffs at Oracle are like car sales. They always have a limited duration (get in quick while the deals are ‘hot’), but you know that there will always be another one!
I would guess it’s this week and done for 2022.
