Maditory phone protection being added to every sale and positioned as a "required" feature. Coached churn. Creating new LLCs on the spot with customers to offer SMB credits to close deals. Using pre-approved 5G Home addresses to sell home internet to other addresses. Set up and go being charged even if the customer doesn't use the service no other options avaliable. Home protection being hidden in quote totals. Required bump up of a rate plan to get trade credits even when the promo doesn't require a plan increase. Because our RM is being groomed for a DM spot it's OK to be shady. HR investigation or HR coverup?? We will see. I bet the AMs get thrown under the bus and the RM only gets transferred. Typical vzw BS. This is how you win in the SouthWest. It started out as small deception now anything goes! You're telling me with our results no one notices?? We celebrate with group pics daily! I would not send my family to this store. We get paid to be shady - are we criminally responsible? Is this class action lawsuit applicable?

The company created this by setting targets so high. We can't force a customer to take this or that but wait, if we don't force x amount to take it were getting threatened with write ups.

Listen hear DM lol. You have stated your opinion lol the last 2 posts lol and keep using lol. Lol. When you tell a customer it's a required feature lol you are lying lol. VMP isn't required lol. Telling a customer they have to up their rate plan to get a promotion when they don't have infomanager to dispute the facts is shady lol. So is forcing a customer to get VMP lol. Just because they decide to come to a store you say they should be punished lol and get the quote and understand lol. You lie using the quote tool lol. Forget about using the GMs home address to close sales lol. Run a report on that lol. Once again charging for set up and go lol is also a told feature. Customers have to trust us because trades values, set up and go, premium plan trades are all things we "tell" them how it works. That's why when you take advantage of a walk in customer it is not your right to lie or their problem because they decided to come into a verizon store. You are saying they make themselves a target for not buying online is pretty much admitting you are doing wrong lol. Lol. You need to have full disclosure lol. Not hide behind "they can read" disclosure. Lol. Maybe your not shady lol and just d-mb lol. Nope. You're shady lol

I didn't know that giving a customer a quote with the hard numbers was considered slamming or being shady. I didn't know that Verizon customers were 5 Year olds that can't Read lol!!!! A quote is a clear disclosure of the service a customer might agree to. They can clearly change their mind and say No its not a Sale!! Its A Quote .lol!! Present it to your customers and they will decide. All you All are a a bunch of Order taking Cashier's!!! Lol!! Learn to sell!! Recommend!! And Discover!!! Lol ad it to your quote and your customers will decide if its right for them...trust Me customer can Read!!! For all your complaining Cashier's Frys Food is Hiring Order taking Cashier's!!! HA!! Ha!!! Its funny how you are all trying to bring a Store Down who is Striving for Success month after Month!!!

Ha!! great culture of numbers pressure beaten in them from day one. Are you arguing that these practices mentioned are not going on or that they should be allowed?? Also Dis Store has been a had a new gm since April of 2021 and they do a great job and have a Great CULTURE! ALL the are reps are new and some have been been there when the New GM arrived in April 2021. All other reps that were there are all GONE when the store had a Bad reputation with the exception of a few! Sound like whoever wrote this negative is a long timer at Camelback and didn't like Change!! Thats why they had to throw their peers under the Bus!! Way go Go!! How can you show up to work every day with your peers and know that your a Back stabber!

That store is not shady. When you go into any store you are there to buy. They provide customers quotes with the products Verizon offers and the customer has the option to purchase or not. The receipt shows exactly what they bought and things are clear and itemized. If customer wanted to just buy a phone and call it a day, order online. That’s why I hate the malls because I end up buying more things than what I wanted because of the promotions they have.

All these complaints are clearly from people that can’t sell with integrity and had to opt to be shady. That’s probably why you’re no longer employed. Good riddance.

Ha! I know this team! Smart people are too smart for their own good. Good intentions blur ethics to earn a pat on the back but you don't realize you sold your soul and led your people down the wrong path. Not lying doesn't mean you told the truth. Disclosure without knowledge means you tricked your customer. Congratulations you're shady.

We put new customers in front of everyone else this weekend. Certain people were put in the back of the line if you know what I mean. Managers judged you at the door to determine your priority. I watched it and just kept my mouth shut because I am not "express". This behavior is redicilous. 1st come 1st served is not relevant in the heart of Phoenix.

Present the quotes with “VZHOME” added, that's what they want. Charge the customer set up & go fee & book an appointment for that. If one doesn’t do all that, then the so called “Digital Locker” Trick & get threatened about their job, tricks are played as such. The metric system is wayyy toooooo rigged & its done in a manner so they can then harass an individual. HR matter right away. They tried that TRICK & failed. Thats tells us ALL what they’re up-to. Just DO NOT take “DIGITAL LOCKER” cr-p given to all of us. All up for a Union and yes we have to have one, with recession on the charts and things getting crazy, and also with all of that, CEO level people making bank while the suffering and just succumbing to what’s given to us is not the solution. They’ve CUT & TAKEN enough from US. Now its the time to make serious changes & STEAL “ That Comfort Level” away from them. Oh why aren’t the stores performing? Bcz SMs are just trying their level best to stay out of trouble by giving the fake write ups etc which I mentioned based on the Digital Locker by making the reps miserable simply bcz they don’t care of what’s actually required but that View Together & Set Up & Go becomes real hard to get to Huh? FEBRUARY IS COMING. That’s all I gotta say. Folks, Please DO NOT take “Digital Locker” excuse as a threat to your job, once mentioned, take time to note the time & date, “when” was it “ what” time was it so one can then “CALL” them out. Simple!!!! Thats how it should be. WE’RE SIMPLY NOT HERE TO MAKE REGIONALS, GMS, SMS LOOK GOOD WITH Fake Pics to ADD ON TO IT!!! We’re simply NOT interested in it!!! HR TOO at this point is at “THEIR” rescue, “ NOT” ours. If AT&T can do it too, then so can us. At THIS TIME OF OUR LIVES, we got to be in Union!!! That’s what they HATE, but being the topcarrier (sorry, it used to be the fact when they did gave a damn). Also hiring 20 yr olds to be SMs is NOT gonna help at all also. SOUTHWEST Market is “DIRTY” and once again, everything is pretty much “DECIDED”. So the same faces, “WILL MAKE MORE MONEY & WE’ll MAKE LESS”. If ya’ll wanna entertain this go ahead(that’s why they only hire young to make sure nobody notices it, especially in South West Market, they already got their players (at a cheaper resort off-course) Then they call upon training peeps to help of what company wants from them. I’m not sure if the “Training” Rep who was brought along with the DM stating that how bad the commission used to be VS how GREAT IS NOW just to kinda lure us into it. Once again, this person had HR come & BACK HIM UP ON HIS SHADY PRACTICES!!! South West Matket!!! Mr Present “Quotes” with VZ Home Added whether asked or NOT. Just hammer it in & then present to the customer. What a joke!!!!!

That store has always been super shady, I remeber a while back they fired a manager becuase she was adding hums to peoples accounts and sending them an upgraded phone if they bought a hum . All they were doing was sending out diffrent skus as a phone warranty replacement .

They would also give customers accessories discount by selling out accessories on business accounts …

Not to mention all the occs they would do, but what do you expect from the most busiest store in Arizona .
