I am so curious to how my boss’ boss’ boss was hired and her peers. The two ladies here in Toronto who are data VPs and one in data CX who is like an SVP have zero clue about technology, let alone data. Just because they were the data officer’s cronies, they got jobs here and their LinkedIn looks completely wiped out of their history or is from the bank in Australia which shows they are the big lady’s cronies. My position was eliminated to save $65K while all these half a mil earning VP losers are still here? How is this justified?

Can't sum in Excel but they can subtract headcount.
Oh my! +1 from tax product side as well. Tax product was run to ground by a similar situation- worst part is that they eliminated all roles here at MI and moved them all to our vendors in India
Exact same with product data team as well. They fired or forced out the good managers and directors in the US and got some low paid d-mb ones in Zug, India and Canada.
I am so ashamed of this company.
Legal the exact same. Sr managers and VP totally useless and the place is awful.
