Are you a sales rep? do you enjoy busting your a-s and then getting nothing for it? Then do I have an offer for you, just work for vzw. This rep worked his a-s off to get a biz client back to us after they went to tmo and he just got his ba--s stomped on by the systems because even though everything was perfect his order refused to go through. Guess what? the people that are suppose to support him are not available to help because its past biz hours and the people that can take his call are not allowed to touch his request. Lmao no wonder we are getting crushed.

The COE/BGCO is such an obstacle to getting things done quickly /correctly. When they mess up and you escalate, they just send out back to the original processor with “coaching and close the ticket. Issues with failed port ins, stolen phones out of the FEDEX box, etc are your problem not theirs. They actually tell you to create new tickets so they dont get stuck owning the problem and re processing the order so their metrics hurt.
