What will the annual raise be April 2023 hopefully 3-4% any comments since morale seems very very low!!

I was in a meeting and told 4-5% to keep current staff levels, and considering the 3% loss of wages in 2020

Maybe get a raise and 3% taken away in 2020.
Cause when times were bad too money away.
Back to profits and all mute on return of 3% or more when times are good.

Or that goes to the AM pension fund.

If it’s anything less than 15% you’ll be losing purchasing power….I’m sure we will all be VERY SATISFIED with what we get.
