Without the cheerleading posts on slack what else do DMs have to offer? They rather focus on CC sales then sales that actually get us paid.
Lower management are nothing but uneducated people put in a position of somewhat power with no skills but have a huge sense of importance. They are on the same level as shift manager at a fast food restaurant.
HR fills these positions to fill diversity quotas.
That is almost exclusively their job. Otherwise you're delineating messages that can be done via email. We can all set goals and read reports. Good grief!
