Houston bloated supply chain we have a problem!
Nepotism, racism, and s-xism is norm. Managers are lazy and “busy” streaming online and surfing facebook and whatnot. Nothing has changed from Spectra days. Toxic behavior and manipulation has been integrated into the company culture.

Please let there be a downturn. We really really really need one to wipe out these managers.
What do you expect? Company utilizes a revolving door of contractors and employees. The backstabbing type move up and the hard workers get the short end of the stick. If you're not in the "White Country Class", don't expect respect and upward mobility for hard work and dedication. At the end of the day you'll still be on the top of the list for the next layoff.
Department groups do not work together. Instead they work against each other. Withholding information and refuse to respect and work together. A heavy presence of A&M snob types without genuine people skills. Expect them to promote within and cover for each other.
Report it then to Law. Anon. If you are truly a professional you would rather than gripe here.
I hope they get wiped too. Plenty of shady things goes on here.

This is more evidence that the top performance found in Asset Performance is attributed to the best in class management team. Genius management breeds genius teams from top down. Enbridge is fortunate to have such a powerhouse of performers running AP.
Ask somebody in operations how worthless they think SCM is. They may be the least liked and least value adding department in the company. When the layoffs start and this recession is in full force…I hope they get wiped out.
It’s well known this department is known for evading accountability. Don’t expect managers to help you. There are experienced in avoiding having these tough conversation. There viewpoint is Plausible deniability of any knowledge if the situation is escalated.
