We've heard about this 'change' coming for months and it feels like a slow death. No one in the operations organization has any idea what their roles are or what they are doing. Continuous conversation from leaders with no clarity on responsibilties - with minimal operations support until they figure this out. Sounds like another example of privileged WM trying to leave a mark while causing more chaos and confusion across the matrix. Bravo!
