I’m very confused on what I’m suppose to do now that I’ve been told that I’m being laid off. My team was told and I’m being excluded from meetings and my work was transitioned. Logging in everyday is really messing with my mental health

Being excluded from the team is a failing of your leader. There is no good reason for them to disengage with you unless they feel responsibility for your RIF. If you lift the hem of your managers dress you will see he has no. ****s
I have known many people that were RIFed that did not work the entire 60 day notice period. In fact, three leaders from my market were released either immediately or within five days of their notice. This afforded them time to hunt for a job. I actually only know one person that worked the entire 60 days, and they were staying with Humana so transitioned to another job. I would log on every day until my leader told me no more and spend that time job hunting and researching unemployment, just in case.
Buy a mouse that auto moves while you take a nap or job hunt. You are logged in and active while actually doing something useful.
Why work until your last day if your work is already transitioned? What are they going to do? Fire you?
Ask your leader? Maybe you can job hunt?
