Its been suggested that there will be no more layoffs for 2022 - so lets talk 2023 - when do they typically layoff in January? Seems to be a cyclical thing for humana to do layoffs every January, June and November.

May have layoffs usually after first quarter. Layoffs go on yearly. You have to take each quarter as it comes. It might be your turn or it might not be. I agree with previous poster it will definitely depend on how enrollment went at the end of 2022
Typically it's the seasonal employees, brought on for AEP, that will be let go around March.

Can’t be answered, depends on open enrollment and centerwell expansion…but if you’re a telephonic cm, I’d look to move to a different insurance company that wasn’t investing so heavily in home health and health centers….the writing on the wall is glowing in neon
