Some might disagree but I think that GF is seriously stuck in the past. Those who are no longer here are lucky, because working here is ok only if you don't mind allowing your skills to atrophy. For this reason, I hope that there are not many who intend to stay here for a long time.

Yes…. It is the past because the managers running it don’t know what to do . They aren’t managers they mimic and fake what Thst saw and experienced what they saw in past… what worked back then….. doesn’t work now
I agree. GF is stuck in its past and hopeless case. I know lot of great talent is already gone as they just could not see future with GF and had lost trust on the leadership due to its approach, lies, non- transparency, lack of meritocracy in leadership selection and roles.
Moral is very low and remaining of us are waiting to rush out of this he-l at next opportunity.
This place is not for career build or growth unless someone has links with corrupt and biased management chain.
On all account this is complete failure.
