I have been with Humana for several years and didn't really pay much attention to the complaints people made. I have even been RIFFED in the past. This time? This time I am disgusted at the obstacles put in my way by the organization, my manager and even HR. They have done this so often that they have developed a cold calculated and mercenary approach to the future of their "TEAM".
Humana disgusts me. Not for laying me off... That happens, but the way they have brought this about this time, is, IN-Humane. It is hard to imagine that anyone with a conscience would buy any health policy from a company which treats it's employees this way.
