I know of people who quit just a few days after being hired. I don't think it has ever happened before that so many newbies leave this place so quickly.
I can see why they they'd make that decision but it is obvious that most of them did not do their research well before they applied to Fiserv.

Well I will say walking around BH a lot of people seem to have it pretty good. Lots of people seem to have leisurely lunches and chat around and have pot lucks and all that. Then there are the “have nots”. That’s the group I’m in. We’re those folks that are literally buried in work and barely have enough time to eat or have conversation with anyone, meanwhile others are having a grand old time in BH. The stark contrast of who works hard and who doesn’t is glaring and disheartening. So I would say those glass door reviews are probably correct for SOME people.
I quit a job before I even said yes once. There is never a too-early time. It is YOUR life and welfare that count. Inbetween stints at Fiserv, I stayed with a local firm for IT support that loved me. It was enormously hard to depart that for Fiserv once. In 2019 I retired from Fiser - eh, First Data really, before the Visigoth invasion really started. When we moved again, I invested and was accepted for same job at local firm above, but the atmosphere in 2 or 3 years had turned soooooo toxic that I abandoned instantly. Value YOURSELF above everything else. And do NOT come into Fiserv. It is not the firm it once was.
Either they drank the coolaid or were so impressed by the HR lies for them to take up the offer in first place then they got exposed to the way of life after the first 2 weeks and realized this place is not what they expected. Don't get fooled by the barrage of TV's and the interiors.. that was just money they didn't know where to spend ... A smart person would get the hang by then and the early they decide to leave the better... There is not an iota of value to be valued here. Look at the way the stock reacts.. it's pump and dump and get dumped.
Also, it is clear there are bots setup to give good reviews on glass door & boost scores... always the same 4 or 5 stars - one line each for pros & cons with no periods
Staying at a bad fit just wastes everyone's time. Leaving early is actually better for everyone. No one wastes time training you, you get paid more at your next job, and your manager might fill your position before the next hiring freeze. win-win-win
All comments from the work from home crowd who refuse to come into the office,
Yeah you legit don't have to stay. Just don't use them as a reference or put on resume if only staying a few days weeks since they will most likely put you on do not hire back.
I’ve been at Fiserv for 10 months and I’m drowning from the workload and more projects continue to get assigned. One of the Glassdoor reviews read “ bring your own life jacket “ This is so true ! I am looking to get out of this he-l asap. I can’t be apart of this fear monger culture. This place disgusts me run by a bunch of incompetent egotistical greedy power hungry evil starting from FB. Most incompetent CEO !! award is what he should be rewarded. I speak to many of my colleagues daily and they all tell me how unhappy and miserable they are. They are also actively looking to get out. RUN! Don’t join this company !
What amazed me is the positive reviews on glassdoor for fiserv. I am not a newbie and while I love working with my team, I would not recommend fiserv to my worst enemy.
