There is significant tall grass in this company, unfortunately business as usual creates that environment. The truth is, an end to it all is inevitsble. Annuity revenues are shrinking at a faster rate than the company can downsize employees or pivot to profitable business units. Its too little too late. The company will look completely different in 12 months. Expect sell offs of business units, continued deep outsourcing of sales, operations and engineering orgs. Big changes are needed to keep the brand afloat. Layoffs will be consistent, but also expect those impacted being offered jobs in the spinoff companies or outsource companies, albeit with less favorable pay and benefit packages.
