Really curious as to what Verizon is going to do over the holidays . My location is down to two full time reps & 3 managers. The higher up’s don’t see the the negative impacts their decisions are having to the frontline .

Dam so you might lose $200 bucks before tax but get to not be at work and spend the day with friends and family? Tough choice their.
I get the sentiment of wanting to call off on BF. As a tenured person to those that may not know, a call off before, during, or day after a holiday will forfeit holiday pay so you may end up losing 8-16 hours of free money.
Forced 10 hours of work. Union time.
I'm calling out sick. I don't have much of an incentive to work hard for this company unfortunately
if you're a rep, just call out. What are they going to do? fire you? lol Oh no a blemish on your record! Who cares, most aren't going to stay at this job for more than a year best. So funny how things changed. People used to want to work black friday. It was a mild inconvenience when you were going to boost up your commission check. Passed couple once the shift was over we just went home hot floor or not.
Customers can just go to the website. It has all information needed to make an informed purchase.
Cant imagine going to a store to buy a phone. That falls into the category of unnecessarily leaving my house or talking with others.
Option 1 they are planning in converting your location to indirect
Option 2 They don’t give a damn
