have an offer from JPM in technology is it good time to accept now . are there any layoffs

It’s a good place to get your feet wet but don’t let the “big name” fool you. Turnover is high and people come and go in this firm so there is a reason, or else everybody will be keep working here until they retire lol
If it's your first job from college it's fine to start here but I wouldn't recommend staying too long. If you have competing offers heavily way the other options

For the millionth time! At the end of the last quarter in late Jan! Get out while you can there isn’t work that should be your dog to accept the offer
Get out. Go learn something else.
