It is my impression that the leadership thinks there are still too many of us. I really don't know what they expect to happen if they mess with benefits, given that it's one of the very few things that still keeps many of us here? I won't stop looking for other opportunities because it can only get worse here.

Why don’t you go get a job at ATT then??
They absolutely want people to quit. It’s easier and cheaper to get people to quit or fire for the most basic stuff prior to laying off to trim the payroll
Yes ATT definitely incentivizes their reps. That's probably why they added 708k new phone adds in Q3 meanwhile big red landed just 8k postpaid adds
Answer is simple but a but a but bitter: They simply want us to work for wither free or minimum wage rate plus they have manipulated the role in such a way that “We Do” Managerial work without getting paid. Then “Why” are they still needing an SM?? What are their duties? Being on that “Phone Call” and watch Tik Tok videos all day, while harassing reps VZ Home, Setup& Go, View Together. The picture is clear. They want us to bring in revenue without paying us. Look at the facts around us. AT&T is the only carrier who treats their employees with respect(pay, benefits, commission etc all that), thanks to the Union but when there are talks abt the same in Verizon a totally dffrtn picture is then painted that how bad they are, they shouldn’t be around, but Managerial level salaries plus their bonuses etc are “Always” protected. Whose’s Not? Ours!!! Based on AT&T’s new contract, their commission is untouched, ours get manipulated every 3-4 months. Getting Unionized will be a perfect answer. And Hey watch, there will be plenty of comments (Hans’s Henchmen might be on the lookout), and post here negatively. Union is the only answer to their faces!!
