They’re saying SMs will be down to one per store and GMs will run just one store. Reps will continue to get harassed by them until then for not swinging: VZ Home, Credit Card, View Together & Set Up & Go. Plus they might be going for individual commission (highly doubtful on that), but it they do we all know what happens which equals lesser money based on the past. Recession is on the charts & Verizon is digging its own grave at the moment. Bottom line hiring 18-21 year olds may cut some of the cost but would bring in zero productivity & growth. Peace ✌️
