Do some you guys not pay attention to inflation and where the economy is heading? If this move by the company is surprising you, you've been living under a rock for the last two years. Look around every industry is doing layoffs and freezing hiring. Each market is different.

It isn't the layoffs but how they treat us that's the problem at least for me
