The hours for November were understood but December & January hours- it's like they want to have a disastrous rush on purpose. Maybe they don't have the funds? I'm going to ask my campus contact to see if they've heard anything. Good luck

No $ for Buyback and no hours for rush. You can't make this stuff up.
That's the only reason I can think of. Otherwise, it is just pure stupidity!
