Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

It would be funny if it wasn't sad

Looks like our execs decided to offload over $51 million worth of stock during layoffs. They know it will send a message that Humana is in trouble and that we'll be understaffed, which will bring the stock down. They are harming the company and they're making money off of it. Shameful.

They have done this before and has not hurt the company. Losing 150,000-200,000 Medicare Advantage Members did hurt them publicly.

It's shameful but it is not a bad optic for the company. This happens all of the time and they cash out stock when things are going well, they get better value. Yesterday the stock hit a new record high. Hardly a company in trouble. BUT... Very shameful. I hope they enjoy their holiday season.
