The Cerner medical records may say who has the bigger package. Last I knew, Oracle offered 3 weeks for the first year, and 1 week for each additional year. But it's capped at no more than 6-months. Plus COBRA insurance for 1 month.
Well, wouldn't you have to have been "laid off" by both of these guys to really know for sure?
