How do we get our questions answered? I have so many and just want to talk to someone. My leader is getting cut too so she has no answers.

You cannot decline a role if offered and keep getting severance.
You are not be able to get them or see them.

If you apply and decline you won't lose your severance. You only don't get it if you accept a role. Why not look External so you collect your severance along with a new paycheck?737

I doubt Humana would call the ones let go back. Cheaper to bring in new people.
Better to just move on and take the severance then to get stuck in a dead end position at Humana. If they have openings again they will call people who were laid off back
