I heard bonus is now based on profit based on what group you are in. Ford blue will get most if not all bonus as the profit source. Model e will not get bonus and may owe as they do not provide profit and have a loss for profit.

As an SIRP'd August Model e former employee, who is supposed to get a 2/3 prorated bonus, my expectation of actually seeing that just went from slim to none.

Press release from when Victor was hired, mentioned ACCOUNTABLE. Does his contract expire 2023 or 2024? We have made ZERO progress with autonomous vehicles, mobility services, or Ford’s incubator, Ford X. WHEN DOES THE ACCOUNTABILITY BEGIN?

Ford Next and Franck Louis Victor are all getting ' separated ' next. Anyone remember Ford Smart Mobility? Didnt work then, and still doesn't. Also, all the HP losers are getting ' separated', and long overdue. Farley is going to make Elon look like Mother Theresa - JF will cut everyone who can not demonstrate how they contribute to Ford's profits. Going to be an insane 2023.

Well, you can bet old JF will get his $20mn! I have seen multiple people do things and get "ZERO" credit form their management. He was told everyone needs to be in the middle for ratings. Even though he saved them multiple millions while improving the product with no demise in quality. he was still given an ACHIEVE.
He left the company. Now when we bring that up. He states I wish I never did that for a group of management who were so unappreciative as the management at Ford. Now he gives them the finger. Left the state when back to the family business makes millions now. Said he regrets hiring into Ford. He knows his managment is taking credit for what he did. Vut that aside. He shorts the oval stock made some coin doing so. He says revenge is a dish best served cold. KARAM has a way of oming around.
Still canot beleive not one person on Wall Street or the press questions the decision about the train station? WHY? That has looser written all over it. Glad I left last year as well. It is the source you look at to see if you were judged fairly not soem clown that is running the BOD and CEO.

I highly doubt Ford Blue folks will get the largest bonus. They are actively reducing headcount mostly in Blue and all the excitement is Model e followed by Ford Pro. It seems that people tend to forget Ford Next and Ford Credit.
They will do whatever they like to do for the people in the in crowd and worm towards getting rid of those who don’t drink the Kool Aid. It could be clear cut through the new performance system or they could make your life miserable enough so you leave in your own. That could be through overwork, underwork, invisibility, low merit s, reduced bonuses. Or whatever they think will work to make the undesirable leave.
This is only based on observation of how life at Ford has traditionally worked. If you don’t have a target on your back, you could enjoy a great career.
The comp planning sessions have made it clear that you can achieve all objectives and not get 100% of your AICP. Your achievements are now ranked against your peers. Those working on what is deemed most important will get 100%+. Problem is, you don't get to chose your assignments unless you are part of the club. This will create further division.
Also, merit raises will likely be poor. HR said they will base merits on benchmarking the likes of Apple, Google and other OEMS. With the tech layoffs, can't see benchmarking help the cause for increased merits. They also said merit increases will be based on how the Biden Admin decides to handle inflation, as well as whether or not the company can afford it. This does not bode well. They had the audacity to say historically our merit raises were above the rate of inflation. They must have been looking at JFs salary, not my measely 2% raise.
Buckle up, it is going to get rough.
