How likely is it that there will be more layoffs in 2022 after open enrollment ends that would be more focused member facing roles like Case Management and social services?

Social work may be safer than nursing with the SDOH focus
Im sure after 1st quarter 23 numbers are in, and all the enrollment numbers are in, yes , Im sure they will tweak it some and do more layoffs , or hire more
As they transition to more centerwells, which is to be over 300 in the next two years, expect more layoffs on the telephonic side….one of the benefits for SNP members this year is a tablet to be able to connect with providers for telehealth appointments. There will be more hybrid positions of telephonic and at centerwell sites. Go to the careers website and search centerwell for the areas they are gearing up in. I think for telephonic roles at home, you’re safer in the long run with United or Aetna, who aren’t doing a huge push for clinics…at this time. If they lose more members to us, they will gear up their benefits to members, which equals more layoffs for them, to compete for the members.
Our vp said our area wasn’t looked at but they will look at it in January 2023. Nothing this year
No more layoffs this year
I’ve been here for over a decade and know folks who’ve been here for more than 20 years. Layoffs happen every year.
The ones related to Project Growth are over. So 2022 actions are done. It looks like we are doing well in sales so nothing alarming on horizon.
Worked here 4ish years and there have been 3 layoffs since I started.
I would think very likely
