Fact: each area is different

The fact is each area in Humana is different and has handled this RIF differently. Anyone that tells you how it's gonna be is saying how their area did it, not how all areas will do it. Some invites come from HR, some come from your VP, some in the morning, some in the afternoon ...

Some have said all announcements of impacts are made... again that is for their area. You can only get so much from these boards. Im truly sorry to all those impacted. I hope you find positions within or without biy known regardless you WILL land on your feet. Take care ❤

Humana is a BIG place and the notice process can be different division to division. This is a BIG RIF. Notices going out all week. Last day of notice period in January 6. In most cases if you are impacted you will receive an invite from HR. Those that are NOT impacted will receive an invite or email announcement from their director or VP, very general in nature, that there have been impacted associates on team. Those that have been impacted will NOT be on the later invite. Sometimes when an entire team is eliminated, the Director or VP will be sending the invite but HR is on the call. Those impacted will receive a package within 72 hours via Fed ex or another carrier.
