Incorrect. There were people laid off today and people notified about reorgs. This is happening company wide. No area is exempt. No person is exempt. They are swinging an axe in the name of Project Growth. God help us all.
Careplus layoffs were very surprising and the reorganization is going to be interesting
Does not seem like HAH, SNP or BH Care management are being impacted by layoffs. Can anyone else confirm these areas are safe from layoffs?
CarePlus did a major layoff on Monday but won’t say which departments or who. I was spared in Provider Operations but there is a large restructure of management and positions that no one is happy about.
All markets are doing “welcome meetings” for the non impacted associates today and tomorrow. Unfortunately they names these meetings the exact same as the RIF meetings.
Received an email today entitled “Project Growth update” from Anthony Renteria and we were told we were all safe. My entire team was on the call including other markets located in TN, AL, MS, La.
