Close to six figures?? How about most RMs ARE making six figures but literally have zero control over business decisions. It makes you question why such high salaries or even the positions needed (not that the RMs aren’t good but they literally serve no purpose with their autonomy removed EXCEPT to run small stores with no staff). This business WAS and still IS run by incompetent people. This is NOT traditional retail and can’t be run that way, which is why this business will be sold in pieces before 2025. You heard it here first folks - the full sinking of the titanic is upon us!

The labor call that happened the other day had me laughing. No temps until January. Yet they can still afford to have company sponsored trips at expensive hotels and save money by having RMs travel. Everything they do can be done remotely. How about you have some RMs help at the stores. Paying all these people close to six figures when they do nothing yet the people on the bottom that make $13 an hour can't get a 5 hour shift. This is not your typical retail establishment. You mo--ns at the top, your killings out relationships!!
Same thing as what has been now going on for years. More and more contracts won't renew when they catch on that we are not servicing their campus with good service and products. It is such a shame that a company this old has been destroyed by the greed of a generation that inheinherited a gold mind and turned it to dust.
They've lost their minds! Trimming everything, blocking ordering, blocking wantlists, returning adopted materials. And they're losing trained people.
They are literally setting everyone up to fail for Spring.
Can we expect anything before year's end?
