Informational packet was delivered by UPS exactly 7 days after notification of RIF.

During our call we were told we should be receiving it by Saturday. We got notified Monday and Tuesday.
Our HR rep read the script and said in a robotic voice "it would be mailed in 5-10 business days". Which is extremely comforting since this doesn't affect their lives in the slightest.
You can access it in the Humana system.
I was told it would receive it within 72 hours.
It has to be mailed. So expect it in the mail.
