EOE (Enterprise Operations Enablement) under CPSS (Consumer and Provider Service and Solutions) were announced. Does anyone know what roles were impacted?

I only see one job currently posted for a facilitator under MPS, but I am in EOE and KLS has completely decentralized. KS already disbanded as of September, and now the facilitation piece under Learning is moving to operations. So either RCC or MPS. They want the SMEs who are actually doing the work everyday to do the training. LS will still train the ops facilitators on tools they developed, like a train the trainer thing it sounds like. I know there were RIFs to facilitation due to this change, but I don’t know how many were affected.
No! There’s jobs posted for facilitators-but it looks like they may be more face to face roles?
