Once you’re notified that you’re included in the rounds of layoffs, do you immediately get deactivated from Workday? Would you have the option to apply for a new role within Humana?
The only Humans who exist with Humana with compassion is approximately 2-3 steps above you and your colleagues. Layoffs continue and East Region lost at least 20 in meeting this afternoon which included clinical staff. And yet, HR says they are hiring.
Makes no sense: why not provide info and option to transition to a different role/position before layoff. Hiring freezes until layoff in some areas and others are actively hiring.
There are some leaders who are staying on and I do not want to work for them.
